The Cedar Grove Homeowners Association is dedicated to fostering a vibrant, safe, and welcoming community for all residents in Concrete, WA. We work to maintain common areas, enforce community guidelines, and organize events that bring our neighbors together.

We've had to move the Community Park Cleanup to August due to a scheduling conflict. We'd still love for you to join us and help keep the park beautiful!

This is a board-only meeting. If you have issues to raise, please send your complaints/emails to the HOA board.

How to File a Complaint

Complaints concerning violations of conditions, covenants, and restrictions shall be made in writing and sent by USPS to:
